WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR DRESSES?
Our wedding dresses range between $1300 - $6500; Our bridesmaid gowns range between $299 - $499; Our debutante gowns range between $300 - $900.
WHAT SIZE WEDDING DRESSES DO YOU STOCK ON THE FLOOR?
Our sample gowns sizes range between 7-36 on the floor. We have over 50 plus size wedding dresses in-store to try on.
CAN I HIRE A WEDDING DRESS?
No, we do not hire gowns. We have a clearance section in both of our boutiques with samples reduced up to 75% off the regular retail price.
CAN I PURCHASE A DRESS OFF THE RACK?
Yes, gowns can be purchased off the rack. We have a dedicated sale section in both our boutiques.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FRAME FOR ORDERING A WEDDING DRESS?
Our wedding dresses take between 6-8 months when ordered. Delivery time frames depend on the designer and can vary.
CAN A WEDDING DRESS BE MADE FASTER THAN 6 MONTHS?
Yes, certain designers offer a rush service depending on the required function date. The rush service does incur an additional fee.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FRAME FOR ORDERING BRIDESMAID AND DEBUTANTE DRESSES?
Our bridesmaids gowns and debutante gowns take between 4-6 months when ordered. Delivery time frames depend on the designer and can vary.
WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?
Yes. All our dresses (wedding, bridesmaid and debutante) are standard sizing, not made to measure. Alterations are required to tailor the standard size dress to each individuals specific body shape.
DO YOU OFFER IN-HOUSE ALTERATIONS? ARE ALTERATIONS AN ADDITIONAL COST? AND HOW MUCH?
Yes, we have a professionally trained, dedicated team of dressmakers who work in-store. Alterations are an added cost. The price will vary depending on the amount and type of alterations needing to be complete. Prices range between $450 - $1000 approx.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON DRESSES?
Yes, appointments are required to try on dresses. This allows for you to receive a one-on-one consultation with our bridal stylists who assist you in putting on the gowns. They will guide you to find the correct silhouette for your figure.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Bring a hair-tie, wear nude coloured underwear and ensure that you have not freshly spray tanned as this will stain our gowns.
WHO SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We recommend to only bring between 2-4 of your closest relatives/friends. It is important that the people you bring are supportive and will give an honest opinion.
