Standard hire is from Thursday (pick up or dispatch) to Monday (return or post back).
Yes. After your event, we'll professionally dry clean the dress.
Yes. A $400 refundable bond is required for all hires. It is held to cover any damage, excessive wear or late return of the garment.
Your bond will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the garment has been dry-cleaned and checked for damages.
Yes. Shipping is an additional charge to the hire cost. Dresses may be shipped without a trial fitting at your own risk. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing if you haven't tried on the gown in-store to confirm the fit.
Yes. We recommend booking an appointment to try on the mini gowns before hiring. Please note our Mini Wedding Dress collection is currently available at our Maribyrnong boutique.
