About the Role
Fairytales Bridal Boutique is seeking a talented and passionate Bridal Stylist to join our team in Wodonga, VIC. As a part-time Bridal Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and styling guidance to our brides-to-be, helping them find the perfect wedding dress for their special day.
Requirements
What you'll be doing
Providing personalised one-on-one styling sessions with brides, listening to their preferences and vision to recommend the most suitable dresses
Assisting brides with trying on dresses and accessories, offering honest feedback and style advice to help them find their dream gown
Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing boutique, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers
Effectively communicating with brides and their entourage to understand their needs and exceed their expectations
Providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for every bride that visits our boutique
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or fashion role, preferably within the bridal industry
Strong fashion and styling knowledge, with an eye for detail and the ability to understand and interpret bridal trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
A passionate, friendly and patient demeanour, with a genuine desire to help brides find their dream wedding dress
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including Saturdays required
Skills required
Prior administration required
Proficient with technology (Ability to use computer, printer and eftpos)
