Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Senior Bridal Stylist based in Maribyrnong, Victoria. The Senior Bridal Stylist will provide personalised consultations to brides, assisting them in selecting wedding gowns and accessories while ensuring a memorable experience. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing retail sales, maintaining the showroom's visual standards, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout their journey with us.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Retail Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand clients' needs
Ability to create exceptional and personalised Customer Experiences
Passion for bridal fashion and an eye for detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the bridal or luxury retail industry is required.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
