THE EXPERIENCE - SAYING YES TO YOUR DREAM WEDDING DRESS
I had multiple appointments booked with many places. Fairytales Moonee Ponds was stop number 1. I tried on this one dress and felt like a queen! Being my first time I thought maybe I should try on more. After putting on 4 other gowns, I went back to the original gown. It was perfect and needed minimal alterations. I questioned if it was okay for me to say “Yes to the dress”. My heart said yes! I quickly called those other places to cancel haha I found my dress! The ladies were amazing and even allowed me to video call my sister to share my excitement with her. I felt very comfortable :)
THE WEDDING DAY
I had spreadsheets for every detail but I am so glad I did! Everything went so smoothly! It was pouring with rain when we started to get ready at 7am. Then magically at 11:30am the rain disappeared and the sun came out. It was a glorious day in Mirboo North, Gippsland Victoria. Ceremony and Reception were both at the one location - Grand Ridge Brewery and it was all relaxed.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Just enjoy the love we have we have for each other. Share that with our boys and take each day as it comes. Life is a adventure and I’m so grateful I get to share this with Ricky.
